Customer Agreement
Last updated: October 2026
1. About This Agreement
This Customer Agreement is between aMeeting AI ("we", "us") and the organization that buys a Team or Enterprise plan ("Customer", "you"). The person who accepts it at checkout confirms they have the authority to do so on behalf of that organization.
This Agreement works together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Refund Policy. If they conflict, this Agreement applies to Team and Enterprise plans.
2. Accounts and Users
The person who buys the plan becomes the manager. The manager can create accounts for people in your organization, up to the number of seats purchased, and the manager's own account uses one seat.
You are responsible for the accounts you create, for keeping sign-in details secure, and for how your users use aMeeting AI.
3. Plans, Hours and Fees
Your plan includes a pool of meeting hours. The manager assigns hours to each account; once assigned, those hours belong to that account until the manager lowers its quota or deletes it.
Team and Enterprise plans are subscriptions billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on our Pricing page, and fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
If a plan is not renewed, it moves to the Free plan 30 days after it ends, together with every account under it.
4. Your Data
You own your meeting content: transcripts, questions, AI answers, summaries, documents you upload and, on the Enterprise plan, audio recordings. We use it only to provide the service to you.
Meeting content is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI and Google) to produce answers and summaries. We do not sell your data.
Your users can share a meeting with colleagues in your organization. You control who has access and can stop sharing at any time.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for telling meeting participants that aMeeting AI is being used and for getting any consent the law requires to transcribe or record a meeting.
You must not use aMeeting AI for anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes the rights of others, or try to break, copy or resell the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. AI Output
Transcripts, answers and summaries are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Please review them before relying on them for important decisions.
7. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for this Agreement.
8. Liability
aMeeting AI is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Ending the Agreement
This Agreement lasts while you have an active Team or Enterprise plan. Either of us may end it if the other seriously breaches it and does not fix the breach within 30 days.
After it ends, you can ask us to delete your organization's data by contacting support.
10. General
We may update this Agreement and will post the new version on this page. Continuing to use your plan after an update means you accept it.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where aMeeting AI is established.
