Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using aMeeting AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The Service
aMeeting AI is an AI meeting assistant that runs in your browser. It transcribes Live, Phone or In-Person meetings in real time, labels speakers, answers questions as they are asked, and turns meetings into summaries you can export. It also offers Meeting Practice and lets you upload past recordings or transcripts. No bot joins your meetings and nothing needs to be installed.
Use of Service
You may use aMeeting AI for lawful personal and business purposes. You are responsible for telling meeting participants that aMeeting AI is being used and for getting any consent the law requires to transcribe or record a meeting. You may not use the service for fraudulent, harmful or unlawful activity, or try to break, copy or resell it. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Plans, Payments & Billing
The Free plan includes a daily amount of meeting time. Paid plans are a One-Time Pass (Essential), valid for one month from purchase, or subscriptions (Plus, Pro, Team and Enterprise), which renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period. When a paid plan ends and is not renewed, your account moves to the Free plan after a short grace period. Prices are shown on the Pricing page, and payments are processed by PayPal. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Team and Enterprise Plans
Team and Enterprise plans are also covered by the aMeeting AI Customer Agreement, which the buyer accepts at checkout on behalf of their organization.
Your Content
You own your meeting content, including transcripts, AI answers, summaries, uploaded files and audio recordings. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, including sending it to our AI providers to produce answers and summaries.
AI Output
Transcripts, answers and summaries are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. Please review them before relying on them for important decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and software of aMeeting AI, apart from your own content, is the property of aMeeting AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
aMeeting AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending Your Use
You may stop using aMeeting AI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
