Privacy Policy

Introduction

aMeeting AI ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our service.

Data We Collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and, for Team and Enterprise plans, your company name.
  • Meeting content: transcripts, speaker names you confirm, questions, AI answers, summaries, the Meeting Context you add, and documents, recordings or transcripts you upload.
  • Audio recordings: meeting audio is not stored, except on the Enterprise plan, where the audio of Live and Phone or In-Person meetings is kept so you can replay and download it.
  • Payment details: payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only the card brand, its last four digits and its expiry date.
  • Calendar: if you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook or Zoom, we read your upcoming meetings to show them in your dashboard.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide and improve our service, transcribe meetings, generate AI answers and summaries, process payments, send account and sharing notifications, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Who Can See Your Meetings

Only you. On Team and Enterprise plans, you can choose to share a meeting with colleagues in your company and change or stop sharing at any time. Plan managers handle accounts and meeting hours, but they cannot open your meetings.

Data Storage & Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply industry-standard access controls and encryption to protect your information.

Third-Party Services

We use PayPal to process payments, and AI and speech providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI and Google, to transcribe meetings and produce answers and summaries. Meeting content sent to these providers is processed under their own privacy policies.

Your Rights

You can delete any meeting from your dashboard at any time, which permanently removes its transcript, summaries and any audio recording, and ends any sharing. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and account at any time by contacting us. If your account belongs to a Team or Enterprise plan, your plan manager can also delete it.
